Two applications I've recently come across were Belarc Advisor (BA) and Jelly Bean (JB). These are useful applications that locate all the licenses for your installed applications on your Windows PC.
I particularly like JB because its a really compact utility that does a good job at finding most keys on your system. However, BA goes a step further, and anaylses your entire system for drivers, network details, even system specs.
